| What you need to do |
- Complete the application form available on the website of the Ministry of the Interior.
- Attach all required documents to the application and submit them to the Department of Naturalisation and Travel Documentation.

| Personal Passport:
A copy of the ID card.
A copy of the birth certificate if the identity card is not available.
Passport for children:
Copy of the ID card of the father and mother.
A copy of the birth certificate.
A copy of the marriage certificate.
Issuing an ID card:
Three photographs.
Copy of the passport.
Certificate of blood type.
A copy of the birth certificate.
A copy of an ID card of the father and mother.
ID card of members of the Gulf Cooperation Council
Personal report according to relevant treaties.
A copy of the driver's license from any country.
A copy of the marriage certificate (the wives).
A copy of the ID card of the husband and company work ID.
A copy of the ID card of the father and mother (the children).

| Other Special Conditions |
- Original passport must be brought in the event of issuing a substitute for a damaged one.
- The recent photo should be frontal, coloured and without glasses or contact lenses (not veiled for ladies).
- Photos doctored by computer shall not be accepted.
- The background should be neither white nor black.
